Owing to rapid growth of the bank in all arenas of banking, our hiring process remains continuous. We hire for all entry level, mid-career and senior level positions by applying various methods of recruitment. Fresh graduates/entry level employees are required to pass through a series of tests and interviews, whereas experienced professionals are required to appear for interview on a one-on-one basis or a panel as per discretion of the management.
