Askari Bank Signs MoU with TouchPoint
CVM is an innovative solution which allows the customers to reserve suitable appointment at the branch through mobile application, SMS, or over the web and the system will provide them with the first available appointment. The customer may even temporarily leave the branch during waiting time, in which case, the system will intimate him through an SMS to alert him about his turn.
CVM is also equipped with Business Intelligence Module that facilitates real time monitoring of the entire customer experience through a centrally managed Service Quality Control mechanism in place, which enables the management to take proactive timely measures for improving efficiency levels. Similarly, customers will have the option to provide their feedback about the employee’s performance on the spot.
This is going to be a very unique experience for all Askari customers; a great initiative to explore the fundamentals of customer interaction, as well as redesigning the business in a more customer-centric fashion and to organize it for optimal business outcomes.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Asim Bashir, Country Head – Digital Banking, Askari Bank and Mr. Tabish Sabah, CEO – TouchPoint (Pvt) Limited, along with teams from both organizations at Movenpick Hotel, Karachi.
