Avoid Sharing Personal Information


Askari Bank never asks for confidential information from its customers through emails, websites or phone calls. Never share your personal information such as Debit/Credit Card No, Account No, PIN Code, One-time Pin (OTP), Financial Pin/ATM Pin, I-Net User ID/password, etc. with anyone.

  • Scammers can trick you by calling as Government, Security or Bank Officials (SBP, BISP, FIA, NAB, Army or any other organization/agency) and displaying the direct line and department name on the phone’s caller ID screen
  • Do not open or respond to emails from unknown senders
  • Do not open an attachment or click on a link redirecting you to malicious website

Please ignore if you receive any suspicious call or text message from any number other than 8870 or “Askari Bank”. Never respond to them and immediately contact our helpline at 111-000-787 or email at support@askaribank.com.pk.

Obnoxious / Unknown Calls & SMSs
Text or dial 420 for Jazz, Telenor, Zong and Ufone to block unknown numbers.
