Askari Bank has added another milestone to its technological infrastructure by launching its new state- of- the art Call Center to complement its existing Alternate Delivery Channels. The Call centre will make banking more convenient and efficient for our valued customers. Customers can now perform a host of financial transactions including but not limited to Utility bill payments, Credit card payments, Mobile top-ups, Funds Transfer within Askari bank as well as between 1 Link Member Banks (IBFT) and much more making it convenient for the customers to perform their banking transactions from the comfort of their homes and offices.
The Call Centre has trained Phone Banking officers to handle customer’s queries professionally led by the ADC team under the leader ship of the country head Mr. Asim Bashir
The Call Center was inaugurated by the Honorable Chairman of Board of Directors, Lt. General Muhammad Mustafa Khan. He was accompanied by the Bank's President, Mr. S.M. Husaini, Dr. Nadeem Inayat Director, Mr. Asim Bashir, Country Head Alternate Delivery Channels Division, Mr. Khurshid Zafar Group Head, Corporate & Commercial Banking and Mr. Farrukh Iqbal Khan, Group Head Operations.
