Askari Digital Wallet is a mobile financial service designed to meet the needs of people in Pakistan who don’t have access to traditional banking. Its goal is to support the financial inclusion efforts of the State Bank of Pakistan. With Askari Digital Wallet, your mobile number becomes your bank account. It provides convenience for mobile phone users to securely send and receive money, pay bills, cover educational fees, make donations, recharge mobile phones and much more.

Askari Digital Wallet is a branchless banking account (Mobile Account) that offers convenient access to financial services. It is registered on your Mobile number and can be used for bill payments, mobile phone top-ups, funds transfer and much more
Opening of Askari Digital Wallet is free of cost for all subscribers.
Any Valid CNIC holder and also a postpaid/prepaid subscriber of any PTA approved Mobile Network Operator.
Only one Askari Digital Wallet can be registered on a single CNIC /Mobile Number.
Upon successful account opening, you can download the Askari Digital Wallet Mobile App from Android and iOS Play Stores and enter your desired 4-digit MPIN. All transactions made from Mobile Account are secured with 4 digits MPIN.
Similar to an ATM PIN, MPIN is a 04-digit numeric value which is used to authorize all transactions from Askari Digital Wallet. Without MPIN, no transaction is possible. Refrain from sharing your Askari Digital Wallet App login credentials, MPIN or OTP with any unauthorized entity and change it regularly.

Yes. You can transfer money through respective Internet Banking Portals, Mobile Applications and ATM Networks. Just select Askari Bank as the beneficiary Bank Name, enter your Askari Digital Wallet as the account number and transaction amount and funds will be credited to your Mobile Account instantly.
Yes. You can select Beneficiary Bank, enter the beneficiary account number and transaction amount and your transaction will be completed instantly.
If you are Askari Digital Wallet holder and have a Core Banking Account in Askari Bank, you can transfer money from your Askari Core Banking Account to your Askari Digit Wallet. You can add/update your linked Core Banking Account and subsequently, this update will be verified from the respective Askari Bank branch.
If you are an Askari Digital Wallet holder and have a Core Banking Account in Askari Bank, you can transfer money from your Askari Digital Wallet into an Askari Core Bank account. You can add/update your linked Core Banking Account and subsequently, this update will be verified from the respective Askari Bank branch. Only one Core Banking account can be linked with Askari Digital Wallet for Transfer in/Out facility.
You can view your last five transactions, free of cost by using the “Account Statement” option available in the “My Account” Tab. Please call Askari Voice and Virtual Center at 111-000-787 for the issuance of an account statement for any specific period.

In case of a stolen SIM, immediately call Askari Voice and Virtual Center at 111-000-787 to block your Askari Digital Wallet. After replacing the SIM from the respective Telco, please call Askari Voice and Virtual Center at 111-000-787 again. Upon necessary verification, you will receive a temporary MPIN in SMS which must be changed on your next login.
