Key Deposit: Rs. 10,000/- per locker for those locker holders who opt to pay Annual Fee instead of one-time security deposit.
Breaking Charges: At actual plus Rs. 5,000/- as service charges.
Late Payment Charges: Rs. 600/- per month or part thereof, maximum one-year annual rent.
Note: New amount of Key Deposit is applicable only to Lockers licensed from 1st July 2019 onwards.
