There are no adverse consequences for anyone who reports a whistleblowing concern in good faith. Whistleblowers don’t have to worry about any form of retaliation or discrimination. However, serious action will be taken against whistleblowers found misusing the policy.
An independent unit will thoroughly investigate all concerns raised to ensure impartiality and fairness. Appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.
