Customers can now enjoy a seamless and secure banking experience with a wide range of services, including checking account balances, requesting mini statements, tax and account balance certificates, and account maintenance certificates. They can generate IBANs and QR codes, manage debit and credit cards and register for Roshan Digital Accounts. The 'Locate Us' feature helps find branches, ATMs, and Cash & Cheque deposit machines. Additionally, customers can chat with Askari Bank’s ChatBot agent, lodge complaints, submit service requests, explore Deals & Discounts, and stay connected via the official WhatsApp Channel—making digital banking more convenient and customer-focused.

How to Register

  • Askari Bank WhatsApp Banking services can be availed by simply sending a WhatsApp message on +92 51 111 000 787.
  • If customer is already a registered WhatsApp Banking user, then WhatsApp menu shall be shown to customer.
  • If customer is not a WhatsApp registered user, the customer will be asked to provide last 6 digits of CNIC.
  • After CNIC Validation, Terms and conditions are shared with customer for acceptance.
  • OTP is sent on customers registered mobile number for verification/validation.
  • After OTP verification, customer is asked to create 8-digit WhatsApp PIN, which will be used as a security key to use key features of WhatsApp banking services.
  • Once registered, customers can start using the service by saving the designated WhatsApp Banking number i.e. +92 51 111 000 787 in their contacts and sending a message to initiate a transaction/conversation.
